Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using 4Kado, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

We support modern payment rails and integrations. While some components of our infrastructure may be distributed or rely on decentralized networks (such as public blockchains), 4Kado is a managed service operated by TransUp Tech LLC and is subject to these Terms.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our policies. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Eligibility & User Responsibilities

• You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction).
• You are responsible for ensuring your use of the service is legal in your jurisdiction, including restrictions on crypto payments and gift cards.
• You must provide accurate contact information (including a valid email) to receive digital delivery.
• You are responsible for safeguarding your wallet, private keys, and devices. We never ask for your seed phrase.

Service Description & Delivery

We provide a platform that allows you to purchase digital gift cards using cryptocurrency. Gift cards are delivered electronically (typically by email) after payment confirmation and internal risk checks.

• Delivery times may vary depending on blockchain confirmation, network congestion, fraud screening, and supplier availability.
• You are responsible for entering the correct recipient email. If you provide an incorrect email, we may not be able to recover the gift card.
• We may delay, cancel, or hold delivery if a transaction is flagged for risk, compliance, or suspected fraud.

Payment Processing (Coinbase Commerce)

All cryptocurrency payments for 4Kado are processed through Coinbase Commerce. When you place an order, you will be shown a payment address and payment instructions provided by Coinbase Commerce. You must send the exact requested amount in the supported asset within the allowed time window.

• Pricing: Prices are displayed in USD. The crypto amount is calculated at checkout based on Coinbase Commerce rates and the payment window.
• Network Fees: Blockchain network fees (“gas”/miner fees) are paid by you and are not controlled by 4Kado.
• Confirmations: Your order is considered paid only after sufficient blockchain confirmations and Coinbase Commerce marks the payment as confirmed/complete.
• Wrong Amount / Wrong Asset: If you send an incorrect amount or unsupported asset, your payment may fail or require manual review and may not be recoverable.
• Finality: Crypto transactions are generally irreversible. You acknowledge the finality of on-chain transactions.

Platform fees (if any) are displayed before purchase. Except where required by law, fees are non-refundable.

Compliance, AML, Sanctions & Fraud Prevention

We are committed to complying with applicable laws and preventing fraud, abuse, and prohibited activity. You agree that we may take reasonable steps to verify transactions and users to protect the platform.

• We may screen transactions and wallet addresses for risk indicators (including sanctions and fraud signals) and may request additional information where appropriate.
• We do not allow use of the service for illegal purposes, including money laundering, terrorist financing, sanctions evasion, fraud, or purchasing on behalf of restricted parties.
• We may suspend, cancel, refuse, or reverse (where possible) service access if we suspect prohibited or high-risk activity, or if required by law.
• We may comply with valid legal requests from lawful authorities and may preserve records as required by applicable regulations.

You agree to provide truthful information if requested for compliance review. Failure to provide requested information may result in order cancellation or account limitations.

Refund Policy

All sales are final once a valid digital gift card code is delivered. Refunds may be issued only when:

• We fail to deliver a valid gift card code; or
• The delivered code is proven defective through no fault of the purchaser.

We do not provide refunds for user errors (including incorrect recipient email), changes of mind, retailer restrictions, or loss/theft of codes after delivery.

Gift Card Usage & Third-Party Terms

Gift cards are issued by third-party brands/retailers and are subject to their terms and conditions. We are not responsible for:

• Gift card expiration dates set by retailers
• Regional restrictions or redemption limitations
• Retailer policy changes or brand restrictions
• Account bans or retailer disputes not caused by our delivery of an invalid code
• Lost, exposed, or stolen gift card codes after delivery

Prohibited Use

• Using the service for illegal activity, fraud, chargeback abuse, or deceptive practices
• Attempting to bypass risk checks, limits, geofencing, or compliance controls
• Interfering with the platform’s security or attempting unauthorized access
• Reselling gift cards where prohibited by retailer terms or applicable law

Disclaimers

The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free operation. Crypto networks may experience congestion, delays, forks, or other events outside our control.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from your use of the service.

Termination & Account Restrictions

We may suspend or terminate access to the service at any time if we believe you have violated these Terms, if required by law, or to protect the platform, users, or partners.

Taxes

You are responsible for any taxes, duties, or reporting obligations that may apply to your purchase or use of gift cards or cryptocurrency transactions.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes are effective upon posting. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
